These little sentinels might look like a bundle of cuddles but they were originally bred to be watchdogs in the temples of Tibet. Smart and dominant, the Lhasa Apso is a challenge to train, but will prove her loyalty at every opportunity when housebroken.

Ear Infection

Likely first treatment will be an examination followed by some topical medication. If that fails an ear swab may be necessary. At the very severe end of the spectrum, an operation may be needed to open out the ear canal and/or remove a part of the inner ear.
